Male Seepage Dancer. These damselflies are classified as a threatened species in Ohio. 

The only other place where I have seen this species is near Travertine Fen. Travertine Fen is not accessible without a permit, but you can find interesting things along the bike path near the fen.

Seepage Dancers are found in only a few localized populations in Ohio. They can be seen during the summer months at Cedar Bog and Gallagher Fen.
